Buffalo – mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, rocket, lemon oil. The peppery rocket, the lemon cutting through the heat. Demonstrates that they really think about flavor combinations.

Quattro Formaggi – four cheeses. Smoked fior di latte, gorgonzola, smoked scamorza, parmesan. It’s rich, it’s indulgent, and if you happen to be a cheese lover, it’s really great.
